b) Lead Data

• Customer name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property interest details
• Notes and follow-up details entered by authorized users

Lead data is provided through client integrations (such as landing pages or APIs) or entered by authorized company representatives.

c) Notification & Device Data

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications

We do NOT collect:

• Personal contacts from the device
• Location data
• Call logs
• SMS data
• Photos, videos, or media files
• Personal data unrelated to CRM functionality

2. How We Use Information

• To provide CRM functionality
• To enable lead tracking and management
• To send real-time notifications
• To improve system performance
• To maintain account security

3. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on secure servers managed by Expert CRM India.
• Limited data may be cached locally on the device for performance.
• Passwords are encrypted.
• Industry-standard security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user or customer data. Data is accessible only to the authorized client company and its authorized employees. We may disclose information only if required by law.

5. Account Management and Deletion

User accounts are created and managed through the official web portal.
